Government Co-ordination

The Government Co-Ordination Committee of MACCIA works as a bridge between the Chamber and state/local authorities to ensure seamless implementation of development initiatives. It prepares proposals for improving and modifying district development plans and infrastructure projects of local bodies, and ensures MACCIA’s representation on various local committees. The Committee also reviews and updates plan guidelines with state departments to guarantee effective implementation.

In addition, it aligns infrastructure priorities with academic and administrative goals, coordinates with stakeholders to resolve state-specific issues during implementation, and maintains active engagement with public representatives such as MPs, MLAs and Mayors. The Committee also builds goodwill by giving warm send-offs to government officials being transferred and connecting them with MACCIA members in their new locations.
